Continental Express, Inc. Moving & Storage Please do not use this company Califona

The day of my move the moving company truck and movers was 2 hours late.So I called Michel the person handling my move and he was walking out the door on his way home. I do not blame him he did his job for his company. (Michel told me he would available to help me and my family though the moving process from state to finish.) Now I was handed to Adam the dispatcher. I had spoke to Adam four days earlier and he assured me the truck would be at my house Saturday at 1 PM .

Adam told me was trying to get a hold of the driver and he would call me back. Two hours later I had to call Adam again. Adam was not available to answer my call. An hour later the driver called and said his co driver broke his hand in the truck lift gate. He told me he would be at my house Sunday afternoon sometime. The driver could not give me a good estimate as to when he could get to my house. Sunday afternoon about 2PM I had to call the driver to find out when he was going to show up.

He told me he was going to be at my house at 8PM. He told me he was 1 hour's drive outside of Washington and he had to unload his fully load 48 foot truck in Spokane and he would be on his way to my house. I called the diver back at about 4 PM and had still not arrived in Washington State. I called a different moving company and they had a truck at my house at 9 PM. They loaded the truck in about 2 hours and left for Tennessee. I received a phone call about 11 AM on Monday from Continental Express, Inc. Moving & Storage driver and he told me he could be at my house 2 PM. I told him I did not need him or his company's services.
