We spent over $30,000 with Continental Siding. Went through two installation crews (they eventually had to fire the first crew) and finally got the job completed months behind schedule. Several months later, a number of pieces came loose (especially soffit pieces) and cracked, requiring replacement. We have contacted Continental siding (where we have also been through two different customer service reps - evidently they had to fire one of those as well.) We STILL cannot get them to respond and get these problems fixed.
So if you aren't willing to wait more than a year to get your warranty claims repaired, Do Not Use Continental Siding! At Continental, the term "Lifetime Warranty" means that it will tale a lifetime to get them to fix anything!

I will keep it short. 2 sources to look into before deciding to spend thousands with Continental Siding
Do a google search for Missouri Casenet. Once at the Missouri Casenet website choose litigant name search. Type in Continental Siding. You will be shocked at how many lawsuits are tied to this company. Why are they forced to file suit against so many customers for failure to pay? Is it for performing subpar work and customers refusing to pay. Also, Mr. Oneal, not paying your taxes, UNEXCUSABLE!
Check the Better Business Bureau website on this company. You will see numerous complaints against Continental Siding and yet they have only been accredited for less than 3 years. If after that much dirt on them, your still not convinced, I hope you dont have as high of expectations as I did
