Mr. Victor Thomas promised payment of my monthly premium to Warranty Finance would secure the purchase of bumper to bumper coverage for my 2006 Magnum; including the option to have my vehicle repaired at the shop I choose. All that would be required from me would be the timely payment of my monthly premium, pre-approval to the mechanic when he phones in the work order, and a $50 co-pay from me.
After experiencing two attempts to actually utilize the product which I purchased from your company, Warranty Finance; and too many hours on Please Hold, or hearing your message about being busy with another customer, and way too much time typing emails to which you apparently are too busy to formulate a response, I conclude Mr. Victor Thomas, that the best I can say is you and your company are certainly less than top shelf.To date it seems true the impression I receive regarding my business with Warranty Finance is the only part of my business with Warranty Finance that occurs without difficulty is when I post payment and the Post Office people proceed to make prompt delivery of my payment to Warranty Finance in a quite satisfactorily timely fashion. Rather sadly, a Google search for all complaints against Warranty Finance shows I am not the only one with this dilemma.
An easily drawn conclusion is that you are in deed a lowlife and a poor excuse for anyone to call you a man. Is this the obvious result of your mothers failure to practice instilling moral values in her offspring and we the people have to suffer the consequences for her failure?? Yes, I am talking about your mother. Now, it may be I finally receive a response from a man, or more silence from the worm?
