continental Warranty Warranty Finance,LLC-WFC warranty is void if you didn't have enough oil changes for water pump Chicago, Illinois

The warranty company will not cover my water pump unless I come up with work orders of oil changes from 3/2008 every four mouths util now. I have some records but not all so they said if I can't come up with my records the contract is void. I been with this company four years never use them before: I take good care of my 2000 ford Explorer this contract was expensive it was a five year limited warranty at 1745.00 it expires 5 years to the date of purchase or 100,000 from the odometer listed above whichever occurs first.  The contract  expires next year 2013 had water pump replace 1/12/2012. Its not fair that you paid them up front in good faith and all you get is a false promise. What does a water pump have to do with changing your oil? They do not want to pay what a Ripoff company.
