Continuity Subscription Merchants APERFORM My credit card has been charged on three occaisions for a total of $289. There is no way to contact the company. There is no number to call or address to write to them. I recieved nothing for the charges; only purchased diet pills online, then had recurring charges to APERFORM.

There is no way to contact this company, APERFORM. They continue to charge my account. I ordered diet pills online, from what I thought was a reputable company. Obviously, I was wrong. I now have to contact my credit card company to have the charges reversed. this may mean putting a freeze on my account; usually the card has to be cancelled, and a new card sent. Why are these "scam" companies allowed to advertise on the internetd? There should be a way to monitor who is advertising.
