conway truckload What happened to this company joplin, Missouri

My husband and I joined Con-Way Truckload out of West Memphis, TN about 4 years ago.  We had worked for another trucking company and discovered through that prior company, that Con-Way was hiring.  It was one of the best companies to work for!
Whenever we called in, the phones were answered on the second ring and if it was necessary, if you were placed on hold, the hold time was never longer than 10 minutes.  If the person you were talking to couldn't help you, the next person you spoke to, took care of it.  Never any complaints of calling in to talk to your driver manager(no fleet managers or now fleet supervisors). Also the fleet managers are all old CFI-no one from West Memphis offices were offered any position.  All were let go.
Were there complaints against Con-Way?  Not near as many as when the merger happened between CFI and Con-Way three years ago.  The company went from care and concern to contempt for us  original Con-Way drivers.  We were looked down upon by CFI drivers and staff as well.  We were a team and had a dedicated run from NC-CA 3x a week-6700 miles a week.  When I quit in July, our team miles dropped down to 3000 miles a week. It started dropping in April when the dedicated routes were removed.
When the merger happened, our team was one of the few originals.  There was probably a loss of 150 drivers due to the feelings that the new CFI no longer cared for us.
