When Copa first aired it's informerical using Debbie Allen as its spokesperson, I was convinced and bought the product using a check by phone payment.

I never received the product and the money was taken out of my account. I was never able to get through, and decided to not have the product sent in the event it was on it's way.

I was told by a co-worker who purchased copa that it was a bad product, and caused her hair loss.
