Last year, I ordered the COPA Hair Product. Unfortunately, I was NOT satisfied with the product. I returned the remaining unused product and requested a refund. Twice I wrote COPA concerning my refund. To date, they have NOT replied.
I recommend that this company be reported to the Bad Business Bureau.

I was looking for a natural straightener and ran across the website of African Wonder. They don't say that their product is non-chemical; rather, they say it's non-caustic. I ordered the super strenghten and got wonderful results. I also got the product in a timely manner.
Their product is a little expensive (as I recall, you can get two kits for about $40), but I was quite pleased with the results.
