I to trusted the report when it was advertised on TV. I did not just jump in a buy this product be watched it several times. the star who was advertising the product was a person I through could be trusted. Boy was I WRONG! When I received the product I read all the directions and went step by step. When mixing the solutions together I notice it did not look the same as it did on TV. I just through I must have done something wrong. So I decided to after a fews to try it again and I had the same results.

I was told I could send the product back after they continue to ship more then I wanted. I still have some of this mess at my house and decided to try the internet to see if I could still return it. I was unsuccessfully in reaching anyone on the phone.

I had to the perm and shortly I had to have my hair cut.
