Corinthian Furniture Poor quality furniture no customer service Corinth Mississippi

Bought two pieces of furniture from Slumberland two years ago. Corinthian furniture made the pieces and they have been dreadfully poor quality. I spent $1200 on what I was told was leather 100% only to find out now after cracking and pealing that its the deaded bonded leather products. Which should hardly be called leather. I am so upset with the quality after a short amount of time that I totally want to tell as many people not to fall for this crap. Ask questions like is this real leather and not bonded. What is the actually warranty and does it cover defects in covering that is not considered wear. Ask who do I contact with a problem. Also don't fall for the extended warranties as many don't ever cover the issues you are likely to have with bonded leather coverings on furniture. My advice is walk away from any store that cannot tell you if their furniture is bonded leather or not. They should be able to tell you this as they do know. But they won't openly offer up that information. Just a example while searching for information on my sofa I paid Slumberland $800 for. I noticed that exsact same sofa elsewhere for $399! So if Slumberland is making that kind of profit on people that is a disgrace. I hope this informs people to do your homework and ask questions. The furniture business has become a rip off for unsuspecting consumers.
