Beware. This company sends this notice to all newly Incorporated businesses in Florida.  I received two notices and decided to search the internet for required corporate fees in Florida.. this is not one of them! This company misleads inexperienced business owners into sending them a check for $125.00 for the recording of annual "minutes", using misleading tactics such as citing Florida statutes and using terminology such as "compliance". While corporations are required to do this annually, corporations are not required to send the minutes to the state.  I do not object to a legitimate offering for a service, but  this service is marketed and designed to look like an official requirement of the state of Florida.
