I have owned businesses prior so I knew better than to send anything to these people but wanted to alert anyone else who might not be aware that this is a Scam. The envelope reads 2017 Annual minutes statement Open immediately. Inside it has an official looking form, gives instructions to fill the information out and send check or money order for $155.00 to Corporations Filing Service. Annual reports do have to be filed but normally an accountant can or will be doing this and if not, it can be done properly through sunbiz.org in the state of Florida.
