I recieved a letter in the mail on 8/6/2018 form a company claiming to be affiliated with the "Corporations filing service". I would ordinarliy pay these types of things without hesitation, as I just started my business and want to stay compliant. The one thing that raised a flag with me was, I am only an LLC and they have me listed as a corporatin.
I then googled the address and was led to a dead end. I could not find a name for an offical company linked to the address on the paper. I searched google a bit more and came across this site, with another individual who about a year ago listed this place as a fake. Im glad I followed my instincts, and I hope this post (on this site) helps others, as someone elses post did for me.
