Placed order for costume on 10/14. Received email confirmation of order. Credit card charged IMMEDIATELY.
To date (10/22), order has NOT been received. No order status or tracking number has been posted on order details page (indicating that order STILL has not even been processed). Even with the 6 days processing as stated on the site, order still should already have been processed and shipped DAYS ago.
Numerous calls to company number, voice machine every time. Emails have not been returned as well. This company seems like a SCAM.
I placed my domestic U.S. order on 10/14 (before even the 10/16 recommended date to place INTERNATIONAL orders as listed on the site to ensure delivery by Halloween). If my costume is not received 10/30, a suit WILL be filed against this fraudulent company. (Yes, I am an attorney.)
