 cotterkey investments in phoenix arizona is run by and owned by tye smoole , tye smoole owns casa blaca apts and sundowner apts and canyon point apts and desert sands apts  and del rio apts and severl others , please let it be known  that these apts are bug bed infested, tye tries to rent to people whom do not have alot of money  and are just everyday middle class people , however , there are many complaints regarding these properties listed with maricopa heath dept in regards to bed bugs , this person is doing self heat treating with out a licence which is requied by law , many peope have lost everything they own do to his negligence , it took him 8 months to finally hire a luicenced pest control co  in order to abate the problem in my apt , however by then it was to late everything was tossed out in the trash ,if thou it clearly states in his lease that he will be responsable  for any and all pest control , he has set apts on fire at canyon point apts while doing unlicenced illecal bed bug heat treatments,i have filed a $200.000.00 lawsuit in regards to this misonduct , thinking about expnding it into a class A lawsuit , if you are in this same situation with this company , please contact me  thanks dave
