Cottman Transmission Want Justice? Atlanta Georgia

"You see, at Cottman, we know YOU have more important things to worry about than your transmission."

This is a post to join all of us who have truly been wronged by Cottman Transmission. I have been dealing with the Atlanta area Cottman Transmission shops Buford Highway and Old National Highway (pre-eviction, of course). All of your stories are welcome though. I am not promising anything and am uncertain whether this go to court. I am fighting back however to get some justice for all of us who have had our lives complicated by the shady dealings of Cottmans that we all now know soooo well.

I do not know about you, but I have had 2 transmission repairs on my vehicle prior to Cottman's..it costed about the same each time and took a week..and presto, no problems for 5 years each time. I have spent over a year being mislead and toyed with by Cottman Transmission both at Buford Highway and the Home office. Enough is enough! After reading all the other stories here at rip off report I see that this is a bigger problem than just me. This is beyond getting my vehicle fixed or my money back now. I want justice! I know some of you do as well. Times are different now.. this is 2008, we are easily able to communicate about this issue in a way never possible before.(thankyou ripoffreport!)

Lets take advantage of this and prevent others making the mistake we did. We may not be able to get individual justice, but as a group I guarantee you that we can get something done. A class action suit is not out of the question. However I am just as interested in getting our stories out to mainstream media.
