Cottman Transmission ripoff Didn't make repairs took money and then didn't uphold payment agreement damaged vehicle and didn't report it Charlotte North Carolina

I had my vehicle towed to cottman transmission in charlotte, nc in June i was told i needed a new transmission. My vehicle has not been repaired . The day i picked my vehicle up from the auto shop i discovered red paint on both right side passenger doors and the paint has been a deep scratch on the rear bumper. No one reported the damage to me nor to the insurance company as they had promised to do. I had to return my vehicle the day after i picked it up from them. I have paid $1500 of the $2077 owed for the repairs. The owner made and agreement with me that i pay that much of the bill and pay the balance of $577 off in 2 payments. Since i had to return the vehicle and have been upset at how they have handled the whole thing he has went back on the agreement we had even though he has $1500 of my money. The truck was there from june 9th and i picked the vehicle up on august 8th. I had been threatened with a mechanics lien on my truck, $20 per day storage fees on a vehicle that wasn't even fixed. I live in fort mill, sc but i have been stuck in charlotte since thursday august 8th with my children waiting on my vehicle to be repaired and now i was told by a woman named LIZ in the corporate office that Winfred the owner told her it may be next Tuesday before my vehicle is fixed. I have been told different stories every time i call. The owner stated to me that maybe if my vehicle hadn't been there so long it wouldn't have been damaged instead of apologizing for their incompotence. This the worst service i have ever received for anything a combination of poor workmanship and customer service is what you receive when dealing with COTTMAN TRANSMISSIONS.
