I paid $165 for a photoshoot for my daughter back in March. The lady changed the date for the photoshoot a few times and then made it on a date that I was having a birthday party for my daughter and since I would not be able to make it I asked for my money back.
She gave me a hard time about giving me my money back, so I asked if I could buy a tutu dress and hair bow and have the difference refunded and was told no problem. I told her I needed to by a certain date and she told me no problem it would be here before then. Well the date has come and gone and I still not have received it. she said it was mailed out and then she said it was sitting at her office. I have all emails saved from this lady too.
Do your research before placing an order with this lady. I should have. There is a facebook page on people she has ripped off. She also has complaints filed on here and on the BBB. I also left a complaint on the BBB.

I was FINALLY refunded my money back in October after numerous emails back and forth with Mrs. Bergmann. At one point she told me if I kept asking her where my refund was, she was going to forward my emails to the DA because he was a "close personal friend" of the family.

I too am now a victim of this awful business woman! I have never received my item that I ordered from her, nor have I received my refund that I asked for. What is the name of this Facebook page of people that she is ripped off?? I have been doing alot of searching on this woman and her so called business and I am not liking what I am seeing. She has a score of an F with the Better Business Bureau, and now all these reports I'm seeing of her on this site...VERY DISCOURAGING! I'm seriously thinking of sending an email to the Dallas newspaper that did a story on her way back when she first started her business! And to find out that she was even on Good Morning America?!....this sickens me. I am only out $15, but when I see everyone that posts about the HUNDREDS of dollars that they are out, I consider myself lucky...but feel SO very bad for all of those people. This woman needs to be STOPPED....if not arrested for running a scam!
