I ordered 2 Laguna 50cc Scooters from County Imports in February 2012. One was missing the Front Axle Nut and repeated efforts to obtain one from this company have been ignored. Responses to emails are nil. I'm going to have to obtain one on my own, it's not the money, it's the principle of the matter.

If a company won't fix a problem this simple, i want nothing to do with it. The only positive is it wasn't something more serious or costly. Rest assured, they will not get any more of my business.

Your story is just like mine. About a moped guy.. selling them.Check this out.

There is this guy he works for a company called moped medic, claims he's a doctor but can't provide any legal documents
to prove he has that ability.. .. he works for this company. A restraining order was put on him because he was sending sexual and
stating to perform sexual assault on a former customer... He has several complaints against him on Ripoff report or this company he works for.. ..

This all happened after there was a dispute over a repair of a moped. How stupid can this get.....But of course every criminal has a story.. or blames someone else..
