Course Hero Some how without my knowledge they set me up with automatic renewal. This is embedded in their website Redwood City California

I opened an account with Course Hero Inc. while I was attending classes. Unbeknown to me I was set up for automatic renewal. I did not request this but some how the process is embedded on the sign up site. If a customer is not paying close attention it will not be seem.  This is done by many web base companies. Once I found out that this was done I canceled the account because I no longer needed the service.  I was not notified for a renewal until after the automatic renewal. If I was notified they would have known that I didn't want this service anymore.

I canceled the service and I am refused a refund of $95.40. I don't need the service, I have not used it and will not be using it.
