I have been a long time player of the fashion game, Covet Fashion. I have complained directly to Covet and Crowdstar, but find my game scores systematically being reduced due to these complain! However, I now know that this game can "punish" and does cheat out players! I've been testing my "score bias" theories, for a few months! I have copied, to the exact look, the fashion avatar/doll with players who consistently receive 5's on every single challenge/look they submit! These players are in very "exclusive" fashion houses and are always on the game "top 100" scores! This is impossible, since this game is scored by player votes (Covet sets up voting grid), and fashion is very subjective! It is impossible to score the highest score of 5 stars, on every look these players enter! I can understand if the majority of looks score a five, but not every look! These players do use the exact same looks! So, I copied looks and my scores did not always receive the high scores! My scores and their scores would be very different, where my scores were, sometimes, far lower! When I have complained and shown proof, of this problem, through Screen Shots and complaint tickets to Covet, my look scores would fall drastically! All of a sudden, a player who received high scores, now receives much lower scores! I do know that this game punishes, if you complain or show proof of a type of cheating bias! My screen shots were of "look" comparisons to show how my looks and these players looks, even though identical, were not scored the same. My scores, low...their scores high! I've know noticed that these players, who were longtime Covet friends(compare looks and borrow items from each other) are not on my Covet list anymore! All 5 different players, from different countries, did not at the same time, remove me from Facebook (that's how these players are your fashion friends)! When you send Screen Shots of looks, you send the players Covet name with it! I did not think that I would be punished! I truly thought that this maybe a glitch in this system, but it looks like it's not! It appears that there are players and fashion houses who know what looks to use, since they use the same looks every time and score five stars(the highest star score) consistently!
Covet is wanting me to quit, because I discovered their unfair practice of voting and fashion houses! This game is addicting, I have been playing since shortly after Covet's preview in 2013! I have invested a small fortune in this game, but now that I've lost these Covet friends, it will affect my game experience and knowing that these tactics are being used against me(I'm sure I'm not the only player to have discovered this). I wish Covet would go back to it's unbiss format, were you would just style, score and your score was fair! This game has become very expensive to play! You must spend money to play the challenges and do the new "rally" series! While, the prize money, has not increased, but the cost to play has quadrupled! This is very upsetting to me and extremely unfair! Thanks for reading!

Confused about De-Friending?

So let me get this straight. You COPIED someone's look WITHOUT their PERMISSION and now you are outraged that the players you ripped-off are mad and deleted you? If you are an actual everyday player...you know that creating an exact replica of another's players doll is called "CLONING". And if you STEAL that look or change only 1 or 2 items...it's then called "TWEAKING". And the reason your doll is receiving low scores is because COVET SHAVES THE SCORES ON CLONES. That means they will automatically give you a LOWER SCORE if you submit a clone. Covet NO longer allows exact clones to receive TL's. So you will NEVER GET A TL WITH AN EXACT CLONE. It's impossible. If you are the 1ST PERSON TO SUBMIT A LOOK and another person submits an EXACT CLONE AFTER YOU, THEY WILL GET A LOWER SCORE. The person who submits 1ST isn't considered the Cloner and therefore will receive the "full score". The 2ND person to submit an exact copy will automatically have their score "shaved" since you are now considered a clone. You DO KNOW that stealing someone's look and cloning it is the WORST thing you can possibly do in this game...right? Players get de-friended, kicked out of FH's and even banned from Covet FB groups for this behavior. So you cannot be upset that people left you in the dust after finding out what you have been doing. I'm de-friending you right now as I write this and so are MANY others. I receive 5's all day long, every single day. And I'm not even in a "Cloning Group". And I borrow from OUTSIDE my FH about 90% of the time. I simply know what items will be the IT items and which hair & MU Combos score the best regularly. It's really that simple. I do my research. I check out all the Inspirational and Trending Look Groups @ FB (all non-clone groups ONLY, since I'm not gonna do what you did and steal)and see what items are Trending. Why don't you just join a couple of those so you don't HAVE to tweak other people's looks? I do agree with you 110% about the expense. Requirements needed to enter the challenges have drastically increased since 2014 when I first started playing...yet the prize rewards for entering don't even cover 10% of the expense. YOU MUST PAY TO PLAY and that is unfair. I'm able to buy diamonds regularly but I feel bad for those who can't.
