Cowtown Guitars Jessie Amaroso Jessie Amaroso stole my guitar. He sold it and refuses to send me the money. Las Vegas Nevada

Jessie Amaroso and Cowtown Guitars took my guitar to sell on consignment. After selling the guitar and not notifying me I contacted the shop and got 3 weeks worth of denials about ever having the guitar. As soon as I sent a link to the guitar which they had sold then I was contacted immediately by Jessie saying the people in the shop didn't know what they were doing.

Of course he promised to send the money. When that didn't come he said he was in Florida and would send it when he got back. That didn't happen. I asked him for dates when he sent it and got no reply. Then he said he would resend the money. He lied again. He lied a total of 4 times about sending me the money he owes me for the guitar. He always says "Sorry man" or something along those lines and says he will get it out but it doesn't come. It has been over 6 months. I have contacted the shop by phone over 30 times and have sent no less than 50 emails. As far as I am concerned Jessie Amaroso is a thief.
