I had called CPS to have a deferrment put on my car loan and i had left a message for desiree to call me back and that was like at 10:00 central time I called her back at 1:00 central time and she said oh i just back to my desk, Bull crap. I had told her that I couldnt make a payment and I was told to call and speak with someone about a deferrement. SHe was abrutley rude with me and told me she don't handle that. Well who the hell does. Cause I was being transferred like a yo-yo, She said that if i didn't have the money then she can't help me and she made me cry cause she was rude to me and yelling at me. I hung up on her
