CR England Dont let this company play you on there twist on words!!!! a lie is a lie!!!!! cedar hill/Dallas , Texas

On January first of 2013 I retired from the Army with 22 years severed and wanted something calm to do and support my family so I looked towards Driving Rigs....I found and called a recruiter at CR England...so now let me give you the short of it all.....This company will train you But you may just find total disorganization at the school as it depends on the one your at.....but you will not have any amenities at any of the hotels they put you up at and they will have rules that make you feel as you should be embarrassed to be a driver....they will also tell you how to prove residency for the state you will be training in so you can get you CDL with them but they also say that they aren't telling you to fraud that state too....and be warned if you fail your drug or criminal background they will not give you a bus ticket back to your home! Information as to how your phase one or two training works is never fully discussed until you have signed commitment documents binding you to the training ....this activity with not giving you the complete information will continue through out your time with this company.....ok Now you have your CDL and its been 17 days you will go to phase one this may have been described as "30 days or twenty thousand miles"on a trainer truck but thats just the minimum to get your first Eval test and if you fail your fired(Dallas has a high failure rate) then it will be back onto a trainer truck for another "ten thousand miles or two more weeks" but again thats a minimum and another eval test that has a high failure rate....now it is up to your trainer when you are ready for testing and your pay is only $61.43 per day if your on a truck and when you are at there hotels its $25 a day....also it is their practice to NOT have you train in your Home state be very aware that you may be on the road away from you home for two to three months!!! trainers will do home time and leave you in the truck or tell you that you have to pay for a hotel room yourself when this is not true. you might wait for days for your trainer and if you get off to get your CDL card you will wait for days to get back on a truck to finish you phased training....then after you do all that , if you pass the eval tests, you will wait to be placed on a company truck this has been described as 9 weeks to me by one driver and by my trainer 4 to 6 weeks...but CR England will tell you that you can lease a truck and start making money right away!!!! understand you will need to make around $4000.00 a month to pay your lease and you will still have to cover you fuel under their programs....and once your done with training you dont get paid to wait as a company driver...They Do Not Have a VA approved program in Texas!!!!! really you dont need any school to get your CDL in Texas just a Truck the drivers manual from Texas CPS parallel parking and straight line backing and pretrip inspection as well as break test is all you really need practice with to get your CDL and the training I recieved from CR England was not worth the three thousand dollars and nine month commitment (6 for VETS) at 0.25 to 0.24 cents a mile with a Drive manager Trying to get you 4500 miles a week as a team and 2200 as a company driver solo you should look else where in my opinion!!

I will leave you with what I told my replacement in Richmond, IN after my trainer found out that i reported her to my supervisor for wanting to have me sleep on her parents couch... " I had my training experience and you will have yours but I would never wish mine upon anyone!" So enter with this company if you want to but you better know how to read the double talk and you will find out when you get there conversations.
