Be very careful if you order from these people. I placed an order on line and there was an error that I was not aware of until the order was processed. There is not a page to confirm before you process the error. I tried to call their customer service number but it is all automated. You cannot leave a message or talk to a live person. I actually wanted to change my order to add more items to the order without having to pay extra shipping.

After reading the previous report I am cancelling this transaction with my credit card issuer and chalking this up to a valuable lesson learned. Research before you order something online with a company you have never dealt with before. Their lack of being able to be contacted speaks volumes about their business ethics. Too bad, the product looks very good but now I question the quality if their customer service is so lacking.
