I purchased ONE Craft Lite Cutter from an advertisement on the DIY network.
The price is listed as 19.95 plus the usual mailing fees and tax. This company charged my credit account for over $200.00 claiming SEVEN of these cutters had been ordered on my credit account number. This is totally false. Their website says clearly it takes two to six weeks to process the order. I called the customer service number listed of 203-567-1127. All you get is an automated system with VERY FEW options. No option for canceling the order, no way to speak to a person. The email for customer service is a contracted company named 3PLWorldWide.com. I emailed that address 4 times and never received a reply. I looked up 3PLWorldWide.com on the web, and found a phone number for them. I called and got an extremely rude person that claims Seven cutters were ordered and that they had already been mailed. Again the website says it takes two to six weeks to process an order. I explained that one cutter had been ordered and I was given a very rude argument that SEVEN had been ordered. I was told I would have to wait and receive this merchandise then return it for a refund. I asked if I had to pay to ship back merchandise I DID NOT order and was told yes at my own expense. Then was told it would be "at least" to process a refund. It's Christmas and I have monthly bills to pay and now I'm out over $200.00 for merchandise I DID NOT order!!! If I ever receive a refund, I will be glad to post that. So far I have nothing to show for an order they got wrong.

It took three weeks to get the seven craft lite cutters (I ordered one and was charged for seven). I have sent them back and now they are saying it has to be in thirty days. Since it took three weeks to get them, I'm sure they will use the thirty days to refuse me a refund. There is no way to get it back to them in thirty days, when it takes three weeks to get it. I have filed a complain with the CT Better Business Bureau. I can only hope my bad experience has prevented some others from ordering from www.craftlitecutter.com. It saddens me everytime I see the commercial that is still running on the DIT network for these scam artists.
