On August 21 '07 my wife ordered replacment furniture covers from this company via there phone order line They took the order and charged our credit card $1197.04. She was told the oder would be delivered in 8-10 weeks.

In mid November she called to inquire as to the status of the order and had to leave a message. She recieved a recorded call back that indicated the fabric she had selected had been doscontinued and that she would have to select new fabric. Prior to her call, we had not been called or advised of this situation despite the passing of over 8 weeks. She requested new fabric samples and left a new message indicating her new selection.

On 11/19, she reqiested confirmation of her new selection and again recieved a recorded messgae that the new selection had been recieved. After no feedback, she called again on January 2 '08 to check the status and again had to leave a message. Again she recieved a pre-recorded phone message that her order would ship in 4 weeks. ON 2/15/08, 2/19/08 and 2/21/08 she called for an update and had to leave a message. None of those calls were returned.

On 2/21/08 my wife called and left a message indicating that she wanted to cancel her order and get a refund. On the same day she called the credit card company and filed a dispute and requested a refund.

On 2/22/08 again via a pre-recorded message from the vendor, she received a message that advised her to contact her credit card company regarding a refund.

We have now been advised by the credit card company that they have been unsuccessful in trying to retrieve our money form these crooks.
