Not one person that is waiting on either their refunded escrow money or payout has received anything.

The only solution is to file criminal fraud charges against anyone at CCPS that you have spoken to about your money. I am filing my charges today.

CCPS and C&D Corp Services is done. They can not fund any loans and can not refund any monies that they have taken in because the entire process is a scam. Everyone needs to send in demand letters requesting all of their documentation from CCPS and who they are getting their funding from. They have to provide you this information according to DODD FRANK under the unfrair and deceptive lending laws or UDAAP. Look it up. They have now taken up business wiith Men of Respect International which is a company based out of NY but the info on them is very scarse. Bottom like is dont do business with them and do yourself and your family justice by taking immediate action against anyone with their company that spoke to you, emailed you or acted as a broker with them to get your money.

You have a contract and they are in violation of that at the least and they have committed fraud by taking your money knowing they can not fund you. They are committing fraud knowing they can not refund you because the insurance is fake as well. And guess what when they cant give a refund or provide funding it is not their fault and they take no responsibility for their actions. I am taking action today and will not stop until we have justice for what has been done to us. If you want to talk one on one with me I have a ton of information on these people and know what they are doing. They are now trying a Multi level Marketing scheme with Forex and that means they will be trying to get people to invest with them. They will lose all of your money and run. The company they is Imarketlive. They are also reported on ripoff report for fraud. Dont trust anything they say. 

CCP is just a big scam and everyone that has been in this so called funding program has never been funded. I've spoken to Carl, Tollie, Lionel, Dorian, and Tim on several occasions and it always the samething. They don't like me very much now but anyway I made a post back in December of 2017 on Ripoff Report and since then I've had over 20+ people call me with the same issues. I've been a police officer for Austin Police Department for sometime now, so I urge all that see this message to do the following if you have not. 

1. File a complaint with your local PD

2. Copy this link in your browser and file a complaint with the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center , ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx/

3. Hire a lawyer and start the process of filing a law suit against CCP

4. Gather all emails, text messages, and any documents or conversations realted to CCP and put them in a zip file.

There's no sense in anyone waiting around at this point hoping that CCP is going to fund them. I've spoken to several people that gave them money back in 2015 and was still holding on to hope of getting funded. Do you self a favor and start this process ASAP!

P.S. I know with some of the people that I've spoken to in the past few months they all wanted to get together and try to file one big law suit but I've found that it's hard trying to cordinate with people all over the place, so you'd be better off following these steps and doing things on your own for now.

Like most of us on here we are all victims of this company and the sad truth is they will never be able to provide you your funding or refund. They do not have any money to do either. The only way they can try is to collect more funds from people and pay you back your investment from those investment funds which is highly illegal. They will continue to try to make you feel like you are being assisted but in truth they are just stringing you along. It is believed that if they ever get the funds they will try to return your investment and then keep your funding money which is also highly illegal. These are not honest, sincere or caring business people. They are all out for themselves and lied to every single person who they took money from. Do not trust them, do not let them get away with it and you MUST seek professional help in getting what you deserve. Not one single person has ever received funding from these people and from what I am hearing and seeing no one can get their money back either. File charges with your local law enforcement agency and let them take care of these criminals.

You will never get your money they owe you or your investment back unless you file criminal charges and sue them. They do not have any money to fund 1 single loan that they took money and provided contracts for. They also do not have any money to provide you a refund. They use these stall tactics to shut you up and hope you will just go away. They try to strong arm tactics like promising tomorrow but never deliver. They blame everyone else for why they cant fund you or give you your money back. Bottom line they have committed fraud. The 1st act was to tell you that they had a product that works knowing full well they could not get the funding you wanted. They have known for over 2 years that this program does not work.

I to have been scammed by Dorian Burks and the others of creative capital partners. We have been waiting for a refund of our deposit of 30,000.00 since January 5 2018 it has been well over the 30 days that they said it would be refund in. I have texted Mr. Burks several times about the status of the  refund the last correspondence we received said that they would know a more definitive date by March 30 and they would contact us we still have not been contacted. I .Would like to join your group to see if we can file some type of lawsuit against them. I know some that was working with them and she said they have been giving her the run around also.

It is now almost the end of March and the story remains the same! More broken promises, no money, noone has gotten their money back even though the contracts state that you will receive your refund within 30 days of the request. I hope people who read this will not give them any money nor do any business with this unethical company. They have failed to honor anything in their contracts and blame everything on this person or that person and never take responsibility for their actions, promises or legal contracts. There is only one reason why you dont take responsibility for your actions or words and that is because you are DISHONEST!!! 

The executives in Creative Capital Partners have made so many false promises to fund investors to the point that any updates they provide about funding is absolutely absurd and lacks credibility.  Creative Capital Partners continues to place the blame and responsibility of the funding on a paymaster.  They promised investors the funding would be received in December 2017 and the issue resolved before 2018.  It is now March 2018 and the only comment Creative Capital Partners can provide is "we are waiting on the wire transfer of funds from the paymaster". 

The executive leaders have stolen and mismanaged multiple investors escrow accounts.  I know very soon Carl McNeil, Tollie Miller, Dorian Burks, and Lional Rhodes along with anyone else who as supported this funding scam will be prosecuted and charged for their criminal behavior.     

This was the same process that occured to my company.  Get the escrow deposited into CCP's PNC Bank account quickly and you will be funded within a few weeks.  It is 10 months later and my company has received over 20 funding update letters promising funding. CCP never met any of the promised funding dates.
