Creative Edge Marketing Ripped cash out of my account with out authorization Sandy Utah

I ordered a sample from this company and when I recieved the sample I tried calling to cancel so I would not get any further shipments. I tried for days, several times a day. I finally was able to get thru and once I did I was on hold for 30 plus minutes then the phone was disconnected. I called again and was again put on hold for 30 plus minutes.

Once I finally got a real live person, I advised them I wanted to cancel any futher shipments and I wanted a refund on what they had sent (with out my permission). I was told that he (Alan, if that is truely his name) could cancel future orders but could not do anything about my order now as they dont accept mail backs.

I asked for his supervisor, he gave me a song and dance about how his supervisor was not availble. After about 3 minutes of me pestering him for a name of a supervisor he stated that he was actually the supervisor.... yeah whatever... I then told him that I wanted to talk to the manager. He stated that he was not around. I asked him if I pestered him, would he also magically become the manager?

This company is a bogus company, they do trial periods and then say call us if you want to cancel, yet they dont answer the phone so that you cant cancel. THerefore you are stuck with an order and they refuse to refund the money that they stole from your account.
