CREDICURE RIP-OFF COMPANY DON'T STAND UP TO THERE CONSIDATIONS

I have experience with Credicure not honoring the contract they originally had me sign. After finding out that they were taking my money, but not actually submitting anything to my creditors, I wanted to cancel the program. I understand that the $75 fee (deducted from any refund received before completing the program) is in the contract, but now they are refusing to honor my request for any money refunded.

CrediCure would welcome the response from any individual who may have had a problem with CrediCure's service. CrediCure underwent a corporate reorganization in 2002. For most of 2002, the organization was only servicing existing clients in 2002.

In February CrediCure reopened its doors under new management and a new Board of Directors. CrediCure is most emphatically committed to providing the very best in debt counseling services to the public.

CrediCure is no longer located in Florida, nor does it have the address as listed in the report. Some individuals who were served under prior managment may have missed the notification of change in payment address. Those individuals may have experienced a temporary disruption in their payments to their creditors. This issue has been addressed.

However, I must stress that any consumer who has a concern needs to contact CrediCure immediately upon noticing anything other than that which they expect with regards to their debt management plan. Without prompt notification, CrediCure cannot resolve the issue. We can be contacted with any issue at (866) 625-4782.

FYI: When entering a debt management plan, the first few months of the program will not show a dramatic drop in balances. Where the consumer sees dramatic decreases in their balances is later in their program, as their level payment amount begins to pay more of their outstanding balance.

Also, some creditors may attempt to add fees during the first three months on a debt management plan in an attempt to recoup the interest they lose later in the program. This occurs with all debt management plans, regardless of the agency. Again, prompt notification to the agency is necessary to address any issue.

I too, have been with Credicure for a length of time, and have several accounts in their capable hands. Over the course of our relationship they have always been understanding and completely professional in resolving my concerns and accomplishing the goals we contracted to meet. Credicure is an upright forthcoming business dedicated to HELPING people resolve THEIR debts.

Credicure has helped me reduce my debt immensely and be able to start establishing good credit again. This lady from Florida either just had a bad experience, a glitch in the systme and didn't bother to ask a question until it was too late, or she is just making it up. I have had nothing but positive experiences and interactions with Creditcure. I started out with them a year ago and had a debt of about $5300 to 4 different places/credit cards.
