THis is supposed to be a debt management company for people who are in financial distress. This company used United Christian Financial to set us up with their services over two months ago. We have not been able to talk to a person since! I have left 6 voice mails and 4 emails and there has been no responce!
The worst part is, they are controlling our money! The welcome packet you recieve from the company says "just call customer services if this or that happens, we will be happy to assist you" except there is never anyone there to answer the phone, just a voicemail box for a "Mellisa". Then you never get a call back.
A recording tells you when you call that you can recieve faster service if you use email and they will answer within one business day. We have sent 4 emails with no reply.
This angency engages in taking peoples money when they are in the worst financial situation and refuses to give information to their clients on the status of their accounts.
