Credit Acceptance Corporation Telephone Harassment - they have the wrong number Southfield Michigan

receiving many rude, cussing calls from this company.

The representative "mrs davis" and the so called supervisor "ms oliver" call my number many times a day and refuse to take my number out of their system.

I am not "crystal garcia" (the person they keep trying to reach) and have told them this repeatedly since Feb 08.

Mrs Davis and Ms Oliver from Credit Acceptance Corp insist that I must give them my social security number, even though I am not one of their customers.

I will not give them my social security number. No way, no how!

The representative "Mrs Davis" has told me ......

"to get a job and pay my bills"
"stop being a toothless mexican"

(i am not mexican , nor toothless)

Mrs Oliver the supervisor says that my number will not be removed from their system, until I provide my social security number.

I gave her my name, address and home phone number but she still calls me a liar and a dead beat who doesn't pay debts.

I don't have credit problems, I am not one of their customers and I am tired of these two backwoods hick sounding black women cussing me on my own phone daily.


I decided to return the favor and see how the top execs like receiving a lot of messages.

Ms. Chamberlain is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Whole Foods Market, Inc., the largest natural and organic foods supermarket retailer in the United States. Ms. Chamberlain joined Whole Foods Market in 1988 as Chief Financial Officer, prior to which she held positions in public accounting, retail and business consulting. Ms. Chamberlain became a director of the Company in March 2004. She is also a director of Golfsmith International Holdings, Inc.
Brett A. Roberts
Chief Executive Officer, Age 40

Mr. Roberts joined the Company in 1991 as Corporate Controller and was named Assistant Treasurer in March 1992 and Vice President-Finance in April 1993. He was named Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in August 1995. He was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in January 1997, Co-President in January 2000, Executive Vice President of Finance and Operations in October 2000, Chief Operating Officer in January 2001, and Chief Executive Officer in January 2002. Mr. Roberts assumed the position of President from September 2006 until April 2007. Mr. Roberts became a director of the Company in March 2002.
Thomas N. Tryforos

Mr. Tryforos is presently a private investor. Between May 1991 and September 2004, Mr. Tryforos was employed as a General Partner at Prescott Investors, Inc., a private investment firm based in Connecticut. Mr. Tryforos became a director of the Company in July 1999.

Mr. Vassalluzzo is a General Partner at Prescott Investors, Inc., a private investment firm. Mr. Vassalluzzo joined Prescott Investors in 1998 as an equity analyst and became a General Partner in 2000. Prior to 1998, Mr. Vassalluzzo worked in public accounting at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP) and received a certified public accountant certification.
