Credit Diagnosis they charged me a dollar twice then within five days charged my account 29.95 which i never agreed to. Des Plaines Internet

I went online to get a credit report from the 3 major credit companys. I don't even remember using Credit Diagnosis. I knew there was going to be a one dollare fee.

When i went online to balance my check book thats when i found that not only had they charged me one for a dollar but twice. Then within 5 days of that a charge for 29.95 is placed on my account.

I tried to email the company to tell them to cancel this but it would not let my email be sent. Their pages states that a phone number is not required but when you try to send the email it wants you to enter it.

Even if you put a fake phone number in the email comes back stating a problem with the email and it can not be sent.

This company is the biggest ripoff i have ever seen. I hope I can resolve this!
