Credit Max paid a 1000$ down an barley made it home before the head cracked tulsa Oklahoma

the first part of Aug i went to a used car off 11th an Lewis in Tulsa oklahoma. My credit wasnt all that great an only had a 1000$ to put down. The guy recommended me too Credit Max , before i could even get there a young man called me , ask me what i was looking for i told him he told me to come on by an he would get mein a car. They had 3 cars that the manager said i qualified for  mustage which was junk , Nissan Exterra, an a grand am , i choose the exterra it was nice . I ask if anything was wrong with it oh no they it runs great an granted it  did . The very same day i bought the suv i was headed home an the temperture gage started going up so pulled over at QT an open hood let it cool for about 30 minutez an added some loop warm water barly got out parking lot an it done it again.  I had my brother come pick us up. Got it home called Credit Max , Wade was the manager spoke with him an told him what was going on he said well you bought that car as is with No warrenty, i said yall arent gonna help at i havent even drove the car 50miles. He said he would send  wrecker toom them 3 days . I refused to give them car at that point if you are not going to fix it why take it .  I figured if i was stuck with it id see about getting it fixed . Next day a friend of mine who owns a mechanical shop came an looked at it , looked at me an said they new somethimg was wrong they pulled the heater coil off there was not evenvone there. I made 2 payments called them 4 times to come get it ,i was done with it. That was Aug  the thing is still setting in my driveway an they have yet to send a title ,30days i thought. Not these guys. What should i do.
