creditreport i paid a membership fee for a accurate credit score and a updated crdit report and when i cancelled the lady told me it was an estimated score.they didnt want to refund my money,i had to fight for it. Internet

when i first started with creditreport.com i thought,ok i found a good company that would tell me my real score.i got my hopes up everytime because it went up when i paid off something.so i figured this is working! after the system kept giving me a high score i kept wondering about my score.me and my husband tried to apply for a house or get approved and after we met with the lady,i knew that creditreport.com was lying to me about my high score.

when i told them i wanted to cancel,then the lady on the phone told me that it was an estimated score,if i wouldve known that i wouldve never signed up.that means this company is lying to customers.no one wants something estimated,they want the real thing.i think i should get my money back entirely since it wasnt the real score.i paid 19.95 a month,then they gave me a discount of 9.95 a month but they were still lying.
