creditscore.com Scam Internet

Decided to sign up for 3 bureau credit monitoring for $9.95 per month.  There's a huge ad at the top of the page that clearly says $9.95 per month.  There's no fine print or trial membership.  That's the price.  After entering all of my information I get a mesage that says it's unable to verify my identity and I won't be charged.  That's when I notice a little box stating that the cost is $12.95 instead of $9.95.  Annoying, but I'm still willing to sign up.  Figuring I must have entered something wrong - I'm already enrolled in another credit monitoring service, but planned to switch - I reentered my information and got the same result.  Then I checked my credit card and found that there are 2 pending charges from creditscore.com.  When I called the number I got a woman in India who I could barely understand.  She said the charges would be reversed in 7 to 10 days and I couldn't sign up because my pop-up blocker is on.  Nowhere on the website does it say anything at all about turning pop-up blocker off.  Now I have to wait and see if they reverse the charges to my credit card, and I don't feel too good about it.  I really wish I had never dealt with this company!!
