I went to work for this company called Credsolve about a month in a half ago and now I am regretting my decision, Joe Johnson the owner promise a lot of money could be made with his company that uses telemarketers to provide him consumers that are in credit card debt leads. He used mostly telemarketers that were in India, he would get these marketers to transfer the call to his office where we his employees would verify the information that the telemarketer would get from the consumer about thier credit card debts, in return we would transfer the call to one of the debt management companies we were dealing with. He called this warm to hot leads, and promise the debt management companies a better close ratio per lead.
We his employees were promise a hourly wage and a commission wage, the commission wage was based on how many leads close by the debt management companies agents. For 2 weeks of work I recieved a check for 560.00, and was told that he was tracking the commission sales to give us the rest of our pay. That was over 3 weeks ago and have not recieve any commission pay from Credsolve and I left the company. I still waiting for my final pay check and my commission pay that I earned from this company. If you hear from this company beware, I believe that Joseph Johnson is a con artist that talks very fast and promise the world.....he is a user. I don't know how he could go to Disney World and not pay his employees and or bills........ He is currently located in the building of Rennick, Young and Cohen offices off of of Baymeadows way in Jacksonville, Fl. I don't think that he even has a business license to work in Florida!
Beware of this person and any company he does business with, you might get jabbed!

Is this the same company that is now in tampa running under like 10 diff. names? if you thought your $500.00 and some dollars in 2 weeks was bad you should see what they are getting away with paying now!!!!!!!!! If this is the same Joe i mean?

In the case of downloading movies and or music videos, I would believe that everyone that were there was doing it because of no more calls coming in and everything was very very slow. I have spoken to other employees there since I left and things are still slow and some of them have not even got paid and the the pay period had passed. The same employees are thinking about leaving the company because they feel that this is not the way to run a business! Who ever posted this rebuttal should enjoy it while you can because time is running out for this company and the Debt management and or Debt Settlement industry. The new laws is going to effect anybody doing telemarketing for this industry, wither your business is in the USA are not! If everything is on the up and up please identify yourself, because I believe that this rebuttal was posted by Joseph Johnson and or his wife. I mean they made statements to me that they don't even trust and or like a employee name Robert! And he has been with them for a while!!

I am a current employee of CredSolve and have been employed with CredSolve the entire time this disgruntled employee was. This employee was terminated for the lack of effort he showed, an inability to do the job, and because he was caught downloading and watching movies and music videos while he was supposed to be working. He actually was paid more than what he earned and is now trying to slander our company. I for one do not appreciate this attempt as I have been pleased with the results I have gotten from my employer and look forward to coming to work each day.
