I contracted with Credsolve for them to deliver live transfers to my company. The contract agreement had several provisions to assure quality leads and a guaranteed close ratio. The owner Joseph Johnson did not deliver as promised and will not refund my money for undelivered calls. I even agreed to take only a 30% refund from what he actually owed me and all I get is excuse after excuse. I strongly suggests that if anyone is considering doing business with this company or individual, think twice. My next course of action is handing this over to my attorney and filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General. I hope this saves whoever is reading this report time, money and aggravation that I have suffered dealing with this rip-off artist.
