I recently got a letter from this "CRM REWARDS DEPT" that states...

"We are trying to reach you with good news! We tried to reach you at:
***-***-***(my home number), your deadline has expired but we have temporarily extended it. It is very important that you call us toll free at 1-800-449-3596. Thank you, Linda Eastwood Rewards Dept. supervisor
Call 10:55 am to 9pm EST Mon-Fri
11:30 am to 5:30pm on Saturday. "

Okay obviously I'm not stupid and I have been previously sent 3 letters from scammers like these. Please be aware if you get this letter that it's a scam, I've talked to several other people getting these letters who say they ask for viable bank information. If you have to give out your bank info., credit card number, etc to win a lottery or a drawing, ITS A FRAUD!
