CRS Ripped off by Daniel Aubrey Texas

The last weekend of SEP 2007 a nice kid about 20years old came to the door. His name was Daniel,Selling Magazines. He told me he only needed a few more sales to get a trip to Cancun. I had bought other times from kids coming to the door and never had a problem so I wrote a check for 50.00 for 2years for Conde Nast Travel. Even though I thought it was high price. I though I would help this kid out. I even told him not to bother with some of my neighbors and the don't even speak English.
Its now almost FEB 1st and I thought I would try and check out this info and found this website and seem there are others that have been ripped off. I sure wont buy any magazines from anyone selling in the future and How do I get my $50.00 back,
