CRSCR I had a trial with this company and when it came time for the trial to end I called and cancelled my subscription with them. I was charged again the next month. I called again the next month to cancelled. I continue to be charged even though I have cancelled my subscription with them. Each time $29.95. This has happened 3 months. This company is a scam just trying to get money and they tell you they will refund your money and never do. Internet

I had a trial subscription with this company. When the trial was over I cancelled. They still charged my credit card 3 months $29.95. I called every month to cancel to this day they are still charging me. And saying they have cancelled the account but, haven't. Also saying that they will refund my money and haven't.

I log in to my bank account and I call the number for this supposed business.  No being I am in with a very good banking facility I get my credit report through my bank, whom mind you is a federal agency in itself.  Well I see this charge.  39.90 so I commence to calling this merchant because I have no clue what it is for.  When I call this person was having trouble with my issue and asked me for the card number.  I said fine I gave the numbers (only because I knew I was about to shut this card down.) and asking for the first 7 and the last 4 sounds kind of fishy anyway.  Now after this he says this is a credit report and commences to trying to up-sell the product any how.  I told this guy one time and one time only in the nicest way possible before I went Harley on him that I did not sign up for services and I NEVER have heard of this company he was saying I signed up for.  Also told him that I had my credit reporting through my banking facilitator and then told him I wanted the 39.90 put back into the account ASAP due to I never signed up for anything and then he laughs.  "You put in the information he stated on January 1st of this year."  I said no I did no I did not sign up for it due to I have no need for your services and he then starts his up-sell bit.  I then started getting ill.  I warned him he didn't return my money he would be suffering the consequences.  He then laughed at me again and says it is non refundable and by this time I was irate.  I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said he was the supervisor, I told him laughing at me he did not sound like one then asked if he understood what Identity theft means.  He laughed and then said yes and that is what we do and laughed at me again.  I got angry told him that he has just committed this crime being I did not sign up for nothing I don't need services when my bank takes care of it all.  Called my bank closed down the debit card and will have it handled through there.  Someone needs to do something about this company they actually took my mom for over 700.00 Dollars Same company and everything.

I got the managers line and it is 855-421-9615. I called that and got a refund, no problem.

 

I don't know about the other numbers, but I call that because I heard it was the manager number and they just gave me a refund no problem.
