Your company has been relentlessly calling about a late payment to account number #####. A payment is on the way, however this situation is not yet resolved, as it is entirely the fault of your own mismanagement. Relentlessly harassing us for your incompetence is not going to just be tolerated.

Because of over delivery of pallets of individual size bottled water and 5 gallon water bottles for coolers, we've had as many as thirteen bottles of water plus 3 pallets, filling up our living room and hallway this year.

We asked you to stop delivery for a while, but bottles kept coming. At one point we've had 22 five gallons of bottled water in our home from over delivery. We had to put some outside, which caused some of the water to eventually turn green.

So we dumped most of it out and just returned the bottles to get the deposits back, to cover on the huge bill you created by gross over delivery. We paid for the bad water.

We have always paid for the water we used, but we did stop paying for storing your water in our house this time, since you would not listen to us and stop. It seemed the only way to get you to stop using us as a water storage facility.

Right now we have seven empty bottles in the yard, some waiting for over two months for pickup, because you refused to return. We still have at least three full bottles, with two bottles mounted on two separate coolers.

You sent us a hot and cold cooler, and it only produced cold water, not hot. So we called, which generally takes about a half hour to reach a human being at your company to get service, and so you sent out another cooler, and the delievery person left the other defective one.

The new cooler produced only hot water, but no cold. So that we didn't end up with three coolers, we just use the two, one for hot and one for cold. And yes, it's pretty pathetic customer service is so difficult that we just made do this way, instead of dealing with the hassle that comes with bad customer service.

We have already called about this specific issue, and you simply refused to send anyone out to pick up empties for deposit credit and olny demand more payment than is actually due, as much of the bill would be credited by giving us deposit credit on the empty bottles.

And while disregarding your mistakes, you are currently using an automated harassment campaign using your customer service computers, which can't do real customer service. While you'll get your payment, it's not due to the weeks of inane harassment.

Get a real person to call who can do something beside make demands, not another machine that calls and now just hangs up when we answer, which is pure harassment. Then LISTEN to the issues YOU created, and try to actually create a solution, don't just give your demands or resort to automated harrassment. We are the victims here, not you.
