CT. Corporation Aspen Square Management Denis Petrov Charged us for carpeting that was over 12 years old , ruined our credit, never offered us a walk through, never replied to our requests of statements or invoices for the charges Los Angeles California

We lived at Bridle Creek Apartments for 12 years.  In April of 2017 we received a letter stating they were going to upgrade our apartment and so they were not  going to renew our lease.  So we moved.  Then we received our end of lease statement which not only did they keep our security deposit , but also charged  us for carpeting, and chatrges which were unfounded and even if they were fell under the catogory of wear and tear! So because we never were offered a walk through how could we remedy any deficiencys ?   Come to find out when they did a walk through they already had tennents living in our apartment.  We tried mediation they would not work with us , made a dermand for our deposit back no response, which left us with no other choice , but to take Ct Corp, Aspen Square Management to court, thats when we finally got a response Ct Corp claimed to have never heard of Aspen Square Management?

Oh the wicked web we weave when we practice t deceive!!!  So they played stupid !!!  Well Im proud to say we took them to small claims court, and as to be expected they were a no show, but  the judge saw right through it .  So I say why is this Billlion dollar company so afraid of me? I didnt have an attourney do not know the law, but I know they were wrong.  Anyone out there who has been ripped of by Ct. Corp do not be afraid to take them to court.  The truth will aways win.  I will keep you updated as to weather we have to take other means for payment or if they pay us, I guess they thought if they made this a long drawn out process I would just give up, wel this ripped off the wrong person his time;
