cti group llc no refund manhatten beach, California

these guys have been telling people they would get a refund  at the end of a year if their system did not produce a profit. well it did not in my account so i went to get a refund and was told the system made money and I told them well my account only traded their signals and was down 18% over the time period and i have the statements to prove it and its down 18%. I was then told it did not matter because they could not control  my brokers slipage and that would do nothing for them to see my statements b/s what good is their system if it produces great results in the b/s world and looses money in the real world. I call it a rip off and these guys should be prosecuted. when I signed up for this they talked how great the  system was and had such great results more b/s their results are in  their head. where is the goverment here when we need someone looking into companys like this and by the way I never contacted them they cold called me and Im on a national  do not call list and they called more  talking how great victory system was.  damm Im mad. what a bunch of bull
