Chris Martin from Culver Capital negotiated a loan package. Just before signing, the documents were changed with new and substantially different terms. When I objected and asked for the terms as agreed, Chris offered to refund our deposit.

The deposit was not returned as promised. Chris Martin stopped taking phone calls and responded to emails with forms saying he was out of the office.

Their loans are not as agreed and they will steal your deposit if you point out they have changed the terms they promised.

Numerous complaints have been registered against Chris Martin and Culver Capital. Beware. Do not do business with Chris Martin or Culver Capital.
