This company is a loan shark disguised as a small business leasing
company. Hidden under the California Statutory Finance Lease under
Article 2A of the Uniform Commercial Code so they can charge 50% APR for
equipment lease. They have developed a clever tactics to legally rip
off people who need help with equipment finance. Chris Martin of the
Costa Mesa office would say any lies just to get you to sign the ACH
form so they can withdraw the deposit money from your bank account even
before all the paperwork were signed. He prey on people who do not read
all the fine print and trust his verbal promises. My wife was a victim
of this company and Chris Martin and the only way we can stop them from
getting more money from us is to close down the bank account. I hope
other victims out there will take a little bit of their time to write to
the California Attorney General Office and report them to the Better
Business Bureau. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND CHRIS MARTIN AND IF
YOU CAN AFFORD IT, SUE THEM.

I had no where to turn to, banks turned me down, leasing companies wanted to rip me off and I was on the verge of losing my house and my business. I was approach by Chris Martin and at first it seemed to good to be true. But in 10 days I got the funding I needed to save my house, my business and even got a piece of equipment that allowed me to keep all my business in house; reduceing my out sourcing and increasing my profits.
It's been five months since that deal and I am now more profitable then ever and our business is growing. I am not sure about what this ladies experience was, or what happened because I wasn't there. But this much I can say, from start to finish Chris Martin was personable, attentive and there when I needed him most. Chris was my saving grace.
