 Well I want the world to know.....when Cuna Mutual Group is the insurance company who should be paying up......don't wait on it.My husband went to His credit union on June 24,2015 when parking the parking block was upside down and it ripped the bottom of his car off.So He called the police.Did a report and contacted Gold Coast Credit Union insurance company...Cuna Mutal Group.He has two witness .Pictures.Police report stating what happen and all.Kim Fiore from Cuna Mutal Group told my husband that its his fault that he ran over an upside down parking block that wasn't mounted to the ground properly.I said so is it the credit union responsiblity to make sure that their property is free from dangerous objects and parking area are safe to park? Cuba Mutal group Insurance adjuster Kim Fiore told me ...my husband should watch where the hell he was driving and that if the parking block is installed correctly or not is none of my damm business.People please be careful.Its this type of insurance company who is only out to rob you blind.My husband has been a member of Gold Coast Credit Union for 30 years and this is how he was treated.I feel like Kim Fiore wanted to tell my husband to take his old a** to hell.I cant believe that a company such as Cuna Mutual Group would bail out of responsibility like this.We were only asking that they pay 500 deductible and they refused.Stating we couldn't prove that they knew about this improper installed parking block.Today that parking block is still setting there at the credit union waiting to ruin the next customer car.For Cana Mutual Group to deny any responsibility.I think this place should really consider its customers safety first,and well being second.....I will never refer anyone to this business for anything else in the future.If you have a policy with Cuna Mutal Group......be weary......You might want to cancel and run now.They are ridiculous......Didnt show one ounce of concern.
