I was going through my bank statement recently and noticed that I had been charged 5 times from cupid.com. I was not even a member of this site! The total of the charges added up to $123.91. I tried calling the number listed on my bank statement for them (845-486-4721) and listened to a recorded message that basically kept saying you can leave us a message, but we're not going to answer your call because we're trying to find change for the coffee delivery guy/watching a soap opera/have informed all their csr's not to answer any calls/etc.
