Cuppys Coffee Did not consult the health department in our area before building cart and will not take back Fort Walton Beach, Florida

We invested in a coffee cart for an office area with Cuppys. Everything was ready except the health department declined it. When speaking to the health department, they said carts are not suppose to be built until their approval. We contacted Elite Manufacturing and they never gave us our copy of the plans they claim to have submitted.

Also, Elite had to have a third party build it and Coffee Cart Biz said they do not deliver until location is found. They delivered it to our house before a location was found saying we would be charged storage. I confronted them about it since they claim it is not delivered until a location is found.

Now Elite will not buy back a cart and Cuppys avoids us. Since this is their error they need to pay for their mistakes since this cart costs about 30,000. I am not receiving any return calls.
