Custom Logo Designers / ecustomlogo.net Company Ripped me off and then threatened to send me to collections for asking for a refund. Internet

I have a cleaning business and these incompetent people sent me a Logo with a spoon and for, when I specifically told them how I wanted the logo, they continued to send an apology email, admit that they were wrong and sent me another Logo without the fork but still wit the spoon, kept telling me that they would get it right again, after waiting 8 days, I requested my refund and they threatened to send me to collections for $200 dollars, if I stole their lousy logo.

My email below that I sent below:

I am filing a BBB complaint as well as posting on Social Media about the service that I have experienced with your company. I want a full refund of my $49 that I paid you for my Logos that you guys screwed up and the fact that you never answer your phone is ridiculous.

 It has been over 8 days still no correction of my logos.    I want nothing to do with your company as I will also be contacting my bank.   This is the worse service ever!   The email that was sent to me involved threats such as they were going to report that I owe them $200 to the credit bureau and it will take seven years to remove.  

I have reported them to Paypal as well as writing to the Attorney Generals' office to get rid of these scumbags of scammers.   My bank has also filed a report, please do not use these people, they have a telephone number (844)524-LOGO, they never answer and then emailed me and told me that its not a service telephone that someone will answer and use the email address.  

Do not use them or you will be sorry!!
